Woodstock Percussion CTS Chimes of Tuscany Wind Chime Feature

  • Tuscany chime tuned to a Verdi aria
  • Burgundy-washed ash wood
  • 9 matte-finish dark purple aluminum tubes
  • Precision-tuned, handcrafted
  • Grapes image burned into wooden 'feather'
This chime celebrates one of the world's great winemaking regions in both color and tone. The ash wood parts are stained a burgundy red, and the nine matte-finish aluminum tubes, in a dark grape purple, are tuned to the poignant notes of an aria by the great Italian composer, Giuseppe Verdi. An image of grapes is burned into the wooden "feather" of the chime. Measuring 27 inches in length, the chime is weather-resistant, although the wooden parts benefit from regular oiling and the aluminum tubes from occasional cleaning. Musician Gary Kvistad founded Woodstock Chimes in 1979, and today the family-owned company produces a wide range of handcrafted, precision-tuned chimes. A one-year warranty covers the chime against defects, and all tuned Woodstock Chimes come with a lifetime tuning guarantee. --Ann Bieri This chime celebrates one of the world's great winemaking regions and is tuned to the poignant notes of an aria by the great Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi.
